OWNER'S POLICY

The owner's title insurance policy fee is based on the purchase price and protects the homebuyer. The owner's title insurance will be mailed to the purchaser after closing. (Call us for a quote)

LENDER'S POLICY

The lender's title insurance policy is required by lenders and is issued simultaneously with the owner's title insurance policy. The lender's title insurance policy will be issued to the lender after closing is competed.
